Operational support

Who is supporting you?

Why is this needed?

  • To understand why and how CQC inspect including changes in legislation and expectation.
  • Identify areas of development and non-compliance.
  • To meet limited time frames and pressures from authorities.

On site visit

  • We will measure your services against the KLOE’s associated with CQC
  • We will complete in house observations this includes staff interaction and performance. We will feedback from residents, stakeholders and staff.
  • We will review documentation, policies and procedures.
  • We will follow the format of the inspectors and take between 1-4 days to complete an inspection depending on the size of the service.

Post visit

  • Following our visit CQC Solutions will compile a report and arrange to meet with you to discuss the result.
  • We will develop with you a RAG rated Service Improvement Action Plan.
  • In addition to the service plan, CQC Solutions can provide an ongoing accessible telephone support for a monthly subscription. Contact CQCS all available packages.
  • We can arrange to re visit the service unannounced to ensure all identified improvements are in place and effective.
