On site visit
We will measure your services against the KLOE’s associated with CQC
We will complete in house observations this includes staff interaction and performance. We will feedback from residents, stakeholders and staff.
We will review documentation, policies and procedures.
We will follow the format of the inspectors and take between 1-4 days to complete an inspection depending on the size of the service.
Post visit
Following our visit CQC Solutions will compile a report and arrange to meet with you to discuss the result.
We will develop with you a RAG rated Service Improvement Action Plan.
In addition to the service plan, CQC Solutions can provide an ongoing accessible telephone support for a monthly subscription. Contact CQCS all available packages.
We can arrange to re visit the service unannounced to ensure all identified improvements are in place and effective.
